At 7:42pm Iroquois indicated the clean up crew is en route and once on site it will be “a few hours.” Everlast and Blair McKeil are moored on the upper lock wall waiting to proceed. Still awaiting confirmation of the substance in the water.

Suspected oil leak within Iroquois Lock has halted traffic this afternoon. The lock has tentatively indicated several more hours as of 6pm before they will resume operation. No word on what has led to the issue at this time. 📸 Paul Kozmin
Update on this story - crew member was using the landing boom while the ship was docking and fell into the water. They swam to shore without incident.
