One important note about this feat. While you can make a voice call over OTT (WhatsApp/Facetime) you can NOT make an e911 call over OTT. How is e911 performed - using VoLTE. It's the only option other than 3G fallback, which AT&T has unsetted.

So. I did a thing. $ASTS I measured the drawdown after financing events. Like ATMs and convertible debt etc. Somewhat subjectively in the following days 5-15 until a trendshift occurred and the loca SP drop reversed. The conclusion is these drops diminish as terms get better.
