Fleet Master Chief David Isom is now the sixth Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman (SEAC), the highest-ranking noncommissioned officer in the Armed Forces and lead advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs on force integration and policies impacting enlisted servicemembers.
