I started writing my 20-page analysis in February, while the bills were still being debated in the National Assembly. And I’ve revised it at least five times since then.
The difference between the top 1% and the top 0.1% of junior associates is that the top 0.1% already reviewed these as bills, followed them through passage, and will have drafts of changes that made it through ready overnight.
