I wrote a second book. A short and philosophical take on money and discovering your life's work. I made it free because this is one of those things I just want in as many hands as possible. The paperback is not free for clear reasons. Links below to read:

The reason you're not happy is because you think happiness = euphoria so if you aren't maxing out on dopamine all the time you think you're doing something wrong. Happiness, most of the time, is being calm and in a good mood.
The best way to make the most of your 20s is to make them your worst. This video won't sit well with many: youtu.be/wdA5y0k7CRA
If you're young, I don't think you understand how much of an advantage you have. When I talk with various leaders, CEOs, etc, they're absolutely clueless when it comes to social media and technology. They pay an absurd amount of money for young people to help them. By simply…
Your potential is determined by how much uncertainty you're willing to embrace.
Discipline is a feature of identity. Meaning, you are already disciplined based on what you view as important. Some people play 12 hours of video games, others have no issue eating healthy and going to the gym. Discipline isn't forced, it's native to who you are.
One of the best things you can do for your future is learn "how to think." Money, relationships, or anything else you can do in life are dependent on how well you think. Use this mental model and you'll be blown away: youtu.be/YTWm6sG0n6s
You as a single person have more power today than a 20 person company of the past. The internet gave you the ability to learn anything. Social media gave you the leverage to reach anyone. AI is giving you the ability to create almost anything. Please don't waste it.
Feeling lost is a sign that you are no longer your past self, but not fully the person you want to become. That's uncomfortable. The worst thing you can do here is what most people do, which is to numb the pain with comfort and close yourself off to your future self.
Focus on 2 things: - Mastering your mental / emotional state in situations you can't control - Realizing you can control more than you think, and that you can improve your skill to the point of getting what you want Give it 10 years and watch everything change
As much as people want to argue that physical appearance doesn’t matter, it does. A lot. It’s 24/7 non-verbal communication of your values. Most people aren’t unattractive, they just don’t put a shred of effort into taking care of themselves.
You can learn anything in 2 weeks. If you can't, you're trying to learn too much at once. Break the goal down and focus solely on doing what's necessary to reach it. If your learning doesn't involve doing, most of what you learn is disappearing the second you learn it.
If you're trying to get exposure on your work, it sounds weird, but starting a podcast is one of the best things you can do. Not because you want to make it the number 1 podcast in the world, but because: 1) High status people / people you respect would rather be on a podcast…
Everyone wants a great story to tell (but not the catastrophic failure that makes it worth telling).
There is a very rare type of idea. When it pops into your mind, you feel like you can't help yourself. You're forced by some higher instinct to act on it. You cancel all plans. The vision is clear. You must protect it at all costs. These are the ideas that change your life.
