There is a lot of misinformation and myths on #CityofYes. Don't fall for it. We do have a housing supply crisis. Obviously. COY maintains ULURP. COY will not increase supply enough to affect infrastructure needs. And we support City for All.

Just a reminder to @NYCCouncil - #CityofYes is necessary to address our housing crisis and POPULAR! Supporters outnumbered opponents at @NYCPlanning and at City Council Committee hearings. And 81% of New Yorkers support it!

As the Council debates #CityofYes, it is important to keep facts straight and not fall for myths. Additional housing is modest but necessary, and supports affordable and small multifamily housing.

If you doubt we have a housing supply crisis, or don't think more supply & #CityofYes will help with affordability, read economist Emily Eisner at Fiscal Policy Institute - Op-ed: New York must invest in housing along with adopting City of Yes reforms crainsnewyork.com/op-ed/op-ed-ne…
The #CityofYes will add housing supply and address our housing crisis. It will without doubt help New Yorkers in poverty. Hear it from @RobinHoodNYC and @TrinityChrchNYC: Why New Yorkers in Poverty Need City of Yes vitalcitynyc.org/articles/why-n…
