Wednesday night June 19th, 1991: what would you watch?

A reminder that even in one of the most celebrated, beautiful cities in the world people still gotta get stains out of their kids underwear.
Paris, France 🇫🇷
Rewatching Juno & just now noticing how thick Elliot Page’s Canadian accent was.
12028. Fries with That? “Shake, Cattle & Roll” - As an experiment I spent this entire episode only watching the background extras & characters that weren’t speaking & I can tell you that the Asian girl doesn’t have a stand in & that the same six customers eat there all day. (C+)

Tuesday night June 25th, 1963: what would you watch?

This take and bake pizza had the biggest bubble I’ve ever seen.

This week we're bringing back 3 episodes of the podcast from 2021 for your listening pleasure where @televisionaryZW & @battyhearst took a look at 70's scifi show Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, 90's sitcom Dave's World & the 80's Saturday morning Dungeons & Dragons cartoon.
Welp I just tried to listen to an AA meeting at work and 15 seconds of it accidentally played out loud in a very quiet office where nobody around me is wearing headphones. Guess my secrets out.
I love that this year old, un-monetized post is trending again just to dunk on it.
No kid remembers their best day in front of the TV.
27. Electric Boogaloo: The Wild, Untold Story of Cannon Films - As a young adult my dream was to be a hack writer. I was born too late to work for Cannon, sigh. Probably because they’re dead, but this movie is pretty brutal towards the main subjects & unflinching generally. (B)

Classic TV streaming update: Netflix has added every episode of 90's sitcom "The Steve Harvey Show" and Peacock has added the sci-fi anthology series "Ray Bradbury Theater."

12027. All in the Family "The Unemployment Story Pt 1" - By this point in the series Archie was a decent enough guy to try to hide his bad news so that he wouldn't ruin a celebration. Heck, he even refrains from saying anything racial at the unemployment office! Baby steps. (B)
