34 days until Notre Dame at Miami... Riley Leonard wouldn't be denied on this 34-yard touchdown run vs. Purdue. He accounted for 212 yards and 3 touchdowns in one half of the Irish's 66-7 stomping of the Boilermakers. Need more moments like this soon.

Fun fact I came across working on the senior class review for @BGInews: Junior Tuihalamaka has not missed a game in his Notre Dame career. He's appeared in all 42 the last three seasons. He hasn't ever been a headliner per se but he's been a model of consistency. Kudos to him.

My uncle (@AndyHorka) found his ticket stub from the 1978 Cotton Bowl. No. 1 Texas was favored to beat No. 5 Notre Dame by a touchdown but the Fighting Irish absolutely stomped the Longhorns in the Lone Star State, 38-10. ND finished 11-1 and claimed the national championship.
