This past week, Harmonic had the opportunity to represent our advanced mathematical reasoning model, Aristotle, at the International Mathematics Olympiad - the most prestigious mathematics competition in the world. To uphold the sanctity of the student competition, the IMO Board…
New features available now on our protein GenAI platform DiffuseSandbox! scFv design with DSG2-mini is now live. We’ve also made open-source models RFAntibody + pMPNN available. diffusesandbox.com 1/
Really insane results — and ready on demand! Check out the new protein design tool from @diffuse_bio
👋We’re excited to launch DSG2-mini, our newest AI protein design model, now available in DiffuseSandbox⏳🎁, our new app for protein binder design. Click through to design a protein yourself! diffusesandbox.com 1/
Great letter from Harvard office of the president harvard.edu/president/news…
A great week ahead--please join us, and spread the word! 3/4: The Palisades Fires: a First-hand Account 3/5: Garden Talk: Soil and Mulch --plus storytimes, Teen Tabletop Gaming, our special exhibition, and more! bit.ly/3K3Toh0
Pretty amazing new Pareto frontier on speed and accuracy, congrats to the team!
We are excited to introduce Mercury, the first commercial-grade diffusion large language model (dLLM)! dLLMs push the frontier of intelligence and speed with parallel, coarse-to-fine text generation.
On a personal note, Prof. Baker was one of the few people to believe in my early work on generative protein design. As a young scientist with a crazy idea, it meant a lot to be recognized and acknowledged by a great. Truly an inspiring figure! 2/2
Thanks @gradypb and @sonyatweetybird for having us!
Math is the essential part of reasoning. When we teach a model to do math, we are incepting the ability to reason. @sonyatweetybird and I had the pleasure of speaking to @tachim and @vladtenev about @HarmonicMath, an AI research lab with the goal of pushing the frontiers of…
Thanks @CadeMetz for telling the story of Harmonic’s pursuit of mathematical superintelligence. /1 nytimes.com/2024/09/23/tec…
Super proud of the team!
We are excited to share three major updates today on our path to mathematical superintelligence 🦾 1. A new state-of-the-art of 90% on the MiniF2F benchmark. This beats our previously announced 83% from under a month ago.
Foundation AI models in biology can result in a 7 orders of magnitude better hit rate for protein binders We are only beginning to see what can happen to biopharma in this next phase of AI
We prompted DSG-1 to design nanobody binders, a therapeutically relevant class of proteins. Remarkably, DSG-1 designs bound the target with a 3% hit rate, about seven orders of magnitude better than industry-standard discovery approaches. 4/
Pretty incredible results from @diffuse_bio on designing nanobodies for target proteins. They’re hiring!
I’m excited to share some of our progress at @Diffuse_Bio today, about a year and a half into our journey! 1/
