Is this a safe space? I haven’t gotten my eyes checked since 2017. I’ve been using the same prescription to get new glasses. Today I finally got an updated prescription and my eyesight hasn’t changed 😅.

Growth does have a limit when you’re surrounded by people who drain you & invalidate you. There is a point where the most powerful move you can make isn’t changing yourself, it’s changing your environment & the people in it.
