lips like moonlight dripping with violence

and the silence is getting violent inside my throat

no thanks, i'd rather rot

you're not safe inside that flesh

the reflection in the mirror refuses to look at me

more upside down crucifix than girl

moon milk flesh; lily-white sin

wearing nothing but the mourning sunrise and blood on my lips

i am naked and i will ravage

dis[oriented]tortion. || s i l e n t _ s h a d o w

haunt or be haunted

they hate what they can't control

softly unfolding velvet bones; decaying moth wings

i only swallow shadows; i spit out the light

bleeding into a dream

not longer a poem but a eulogy

swallowing beams of warmth that no longer reach my bones

her; a winter witch cloaked with icy shadows and culling grey skies from the mouth of silence
