My favorite Greek yogurt bowl: 1 cup oikos triple zero mixed berry Greek yogurt 1/4 cup fresh blueberries 1/4 cup fresh raspberries 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tblsp chia seeds Stir everything together. Top with 2 tblsp Nutrail blueberry cinnamon granola and a drizzle of honey.
On the previous note, bonus health tip: pair vitamin C with iron such as citrus in or squeezed on a dark green leafy salad. Iron increases absorption of vitamin C.
Today’s health tip: if you use turmeric in food for health benefits pair it with black pepper. The pepper activates the turmeric making it more bioavailable.
