i hate trying to get my steps in cus when i walk i keep my arms up so my watch doesn’t calculate.. but if i’m walking too slow it doesn’t work around my ankle either

being able to use my walking pad as an excuse for the weight i’m losing is like a blessing. i used to spend like 90% of my day sat in front of my pc so my weight loss was suspicious
i can starve just fine up until that fasting timer is on then i struggle
went out to dinner and ate likely 2000cals in food but i’m convincing myself it was to celebrate the weight i lost so i don’t kms
one thing getting a walking pad has taught me is that it’s so much easier to just march/walk in place and you’re not burning even a FRACTION of what you would if you actually walked.
