You can make way cooler ads for software if you don't have to constantly push sign ups to a subscription service!
the feedback overall from doing these Dither Boy updates is overwhelmingly positive BUT, there are people who really email me ANGRY about new features they got for free because they aren't 1:1 copied from other software like Photoshop or Affinity

I once bought a pack of textures in 2019 from some designer on here called "Motti" and when i posted work with them he ratio'd me talking about how bad my work was for using design assets and i remember it every time i scroll past the files on my hard drive
if all goes to plan, there will be 1 major update to Dither Boy quite soon, and then a 2nd major update later on this year with a free companion software for Dither Boy (all might not go to plan)
if all goes to plan, the next software will be like a dithering companion software and itll go out for free to everyone who already got Dither Boy!!
Set up an auto reply on the Studio AAA email saying something like "we are only 2 people pls give us time to reply" and got 3 replies on the first day from people saying they thought I had a whole team!!! I'M THE ONLY FULL TIME PERSON

one annoying thing about making software is that i need to run my own app versions through antivirus software for false detections and ALL antivirus software is just made to scare boomers into buying a subscription. why does avast have 8 subscription services in it now?
