I'd buy it again at $15.00 for 4.25 lbs. Not too salty once it's on a roll with the cheese, peppers and onions. I pulled three 'servings' out to individual containers and refroze for later (I'm single). 6 overstuffed sammies total. Remainder moved to tiny crockpot for later.
Pulled some Buona out of the freezer (Aldi a couple of months ago) and gonna try it. I bought sausage rolls, bell peppers, onions, and provolone to go with it.
