I often read that it's: "Focus on one thing" VS "Test multiple things and learn to quit." This is a false dichotomy. You don't have to go wide OR deep. You don't have to go wide AND deep. You can go wide THEN deep.
This is superb. Notice how "run a marketing campaign" is under turbo boost, not growth engine.
