The new Year 2/3 class had a very busy morning with their new class teacher. The children took part in circle time, sang songs and created some fabulous pieces of writing.

Year 3 had an amazing time at Eureka today. They took part in a workshop all about light and sound, followed by some time to explore all the wonderful different interactive galleries and as the weather was so nice we even had a picnic outside.

We held a celebration of the word to honour Our Lady. We presented flowers to Mary.

We held a special Celebration of the Word in honour of Our Lady. The children presented flowers to the statue of Mary. The flowers were then taken to the Bankfield Manor Care Home where the flowers were given to the residents who were overjoyed by the children's genonorosity.

On Sunday our year 4 children received their First Holy Communion. It was such a lovely day and the sun was shining. The children celebrated with their friends and families in the Church Hall afterwards.
