Hormozi did a job posting for a video editor position. 1200 people responded saying things like it was their “dream job”. His 1 requirement was that they edit a single piece of raw footage as their application. 60 people did it. Out of 1200. Bar is so low, man.

Idk I think Tik tok’s problem has always been the nature of the app is SO instant-gratification heavy and mindless it’s hard to get high intent conversions. My guess is that’s why they essentially became Gen-Z QVC instead. Intent scale: -Tik tok -IG -FB -Google’s products

Has Instagram become fully Tik Tok-ified in their algorithm now? It used to be the best practice was 1 maybe 2 posts per day max. As multiple posts would cannibalize each other. Now it seems like all the big creators are posting 3-5x a day. Some photo carousels, reels, etc.…
