Mr. Terrific is one of the breakout characters of the new Supes movie. Deservedly so. Notice anything about him? No origin, no real name, no exposition about who he is or why he does what he does. Well told stories don't need to explain their characters. They show them to us.

As a lifelong fan of the character, and someone who loves the new film, I'm so glad that "Summer of Superman" looks to be more than just a catchy marketing slogan. The movie seems to be resonating with people in a really genuine way, and it's wonderful to see and be a part of.
