BREAKING: The United States Supreme Court declined to block a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling that allows Pennsylvania voters with mistakes on their mail ballot to vote with a provisional ballot and have it counted. This is a victory for democracy.
BREAKING: A judge ordered Cobb County, Georgia to send over 3,000 ballots to voters via express mail, and accept those ballots if they are received by 5pm on November 8th. This is a major victory for voting rights.

BREAKING: A Pennsylvania court ruled that disqualifying a timely vote due to a missing or incorrect handwritten date on the mail ballot return envelope is unconstitutional. This is a victory for voting rights.
NEW: We filed a brief on behalf of Crystal Mason urging Texas' highest criminal court to affirm her acquittal. Ms. Mason faces up to five years in prison for submitting a provisional ballot in 2016 that never counted. She had no idea the state considered her ineligible to vote.
