this past winter was a memorable one for prism <3 [a thread] a lil bit late, but here’s a recap of everything we've been up to this past term:

four weeks ago, if you sat me in front of a live model with a couple of tubes of paint i would probably have panicked! now i can do this in eight hours spot the differences from yesterday :)

paris portrait studio day 4: i'm starting to understand what it means for drawing to be sculpting, like every time I add charcoal i'm chiseling into the paper, and every line of chalk lifts it into the light (4.5 hr pose)
