Bengaluru: Metro Ph 2a, 2b & 3a provides capacity for 80000 commuters in the peak hour/direction between Hebbal and Silk Board via Outer Ring Road & Central Business District. BBMP Tunnel Rd for cars is simply IDIOTIC. No other way to say it. Tell this to DCM loud and clear 🙏🏼

What is this miracle Bengaluru? According to BBMP DPR, the proposed Tunnel Road will give more travel time savings per vehicle in 2041 than in 2031. Is this facility a special old wine that ages well? How can one believe such balderdash? 🛑 the car-only Tunnel Road proposal.

Bengaluru: BBMP's Tunnel Rd DPR is fundamentally flawed. How? Traffic counts says cars and 2-wheelers share as nearly equal (38% & 42%) Model outputs (based on CMP) says 2-wheelers are twice the number of cars. Base Year Model doesn't represent reality & hence, unreliable.
