Adran Leagues now confirmed. Berriew are into the Adran North, with Carmarthen Town in the Adran South. Due to Caldicot Town’s late withdrawal from the South, Taffs Well take their place. But huge congratulations to @FCBerriew, @CTAFCWomen and @taffswellwomen!

It is my understanding that the FAW will confirm the teams making up the Adran Premier, Adran North and Adran South by the end of the week. Season starts on September 7th, but glad we will get the confirmation after a long wait. @YClwbPelDroed

What a career. In truth, City wouldn’t be where they are now without Danielle Green. A phenomenal winger, but to then play an entirely different position and become the best in the country there says so much about her quality. A City legend no doubt.

How about this for some career path. Starting at Abergavenny, Cardiff Met and Cardiff City, but then going on to play for Benfica and now signs for Porto. Has a Portuguese international cap too! From Abergavenny to Porto, what a story that is for Jassie Vasconcelos!

An 11 hour journey to Hamburg gives you plenty of time to think! We’ve made so many memories this trip. The anthem, the goals, bankrolling the O’Five bar in St. Gallen. But it’s also a tournament that highlights some problems we’ve got both on and off the pitch.

It's been brilliant to have Sion covering Wales on @The_Cutback and we certainly won't be ending our coverage of Cymru there. Expect more to come as they begin their quest for World Cup qualification.

Can’t help but be delighted for Mared! Can tell how hard she wants to work to break into the United team, but also into the Welsh senior team. I know the dust has only just settled on a Euros campaign, but for the future, Mared is going to play a crucial role.

This has been a Euros of small wins for Wales, but seeing Hannah Cain score at a major tournament is another that is joyous. Been through so much with injury, but scoring in Dublin and then against England (whom she played youth football for) is an achievement she deserves.

Questions will be raised about the performances of players and tactics etc. But if you're saying Wilkinson needs to go, you're talking nonsense. Playing against three teams with decades of investment will show your flaws. Yes this is a wake up call, but a necessary one for us.
