Johann Gerhard has a very good and interesting argument against communion under one kind from John 6. Here I referenced Cardinal Franzelin's SJ "De Eucharistiae" to respond to Gerhard's thought-provoking argument. sincethirtythree.wordpress.com/2025/06/09/joh…
Let’s ratio Joel Berry with the announcement of the MEGA Catholic Charity livestream helping these Gazan Catholics next Friday 🙏🏻
This won’t be easy for people to hear, but there are only about 200 professed Catholics still living in Gaza and they all support Hamas.
Please pray for me. My decision to join the Church has now begun to wreck my life.
It is popular in contemporary Neo-Classical Protestant polemics, represented by figures like James White, Jordan Cooper, Gavin Ortlund, etc., to distinguish between two "versions" of Sola Scriptura. On the one hand, they have the view that "scripture is the only rule of faith."…

“On the point of Predestination and Reprobation, the Reformed, at this time, commonly follow the Thomists and Bellarmine; and we should not scrupulously investigate what they thought before this.” — Tractatus speciales de controversiis fidei, vol. 2 (Cologne: Apud Ioannem…
