Prolific Mississippi State writer and author Steve Robertson delighted Starkville Rotarians today as he spoke about his books, his sports reporting, his respect for Bulldog traditions and facilities, and his hopes for new Diamond Dawg Baseball Coach Brian O’Connor. Good dude!

Mississippi State University Dean of the College of Continuing and Professional Studies Susan Seal officially took office as President of the Starkville Rotary Club. She outlined her goals for the club and shared her philosophy for service. She is a native of Neshoba County.

U.S. Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith shared a moment with MSU President Mark Keenum prior to last night’s successful Natchez Trace Council’s Champion for Scouting event at The Mill at MSU. Sen. Hyde-Smith was the keynote speaker and Keenum was the honorary chairman of the event.
