Yesterday, I introduced a bill to abolish the NYPD’s gang database. For yrs, the Database has been used to justify the harassment & harm of mostly Black & brown New Yorkers, some as young as 13 yo. Immensely grateful to the @GangScoalition for their work to get this done.
