so in portugal the bakers start their baking late at night. so u can go to the local bakery around 10-11pm and buy fresh hot bread to eat with your butter or cheese. its literally heaven. night bakeries. fresh bread/croissants at 11pm. it is possible. i am gonna open one soon<3
