Ref case of migrated PD (Johlin) stent – prox end in dorsal duct, no access via minor papilla 👎 Cannulation via major papilla & stent retrieved. Alternatives: 🕵️‍♂️/ basket grab. Lucky it was polyurethane (soft) 🙌; 🤔what I’d have done if it were polyethylene (stiff)⁉️
