These are letters from the Bihar govt to the Election Commission. They show that @ECISVEEP demanded data on citizenship docs — like birth certificates — needed for SIR. But why are they dated July 2025? Did ECI not have this data when it announced SIR? @scroll_in
The most bizarre revelation is the data on passports. It shows only 4.6% Biharis have passports and it was shared with the ECI at 11.06 am on July 21 — just four days ago. Did @ECISVEEP not have this data on June 24, when SIR was announced?
