EPFL faculty positions are the best in the world, bar none. Excellent students, beautiful location, and stable funding (like having HHMI from day 1, forever if you get tenure). Would encourage my U.S. junior colleagues who may not be aware to take a close look. 👇
We are happy to announce an opening for a Tenure Track Assistant Professor Faculty Position in Neuroscience at EPFL. Join our groups working on cellular & circuit neuroscience & neurocomputation - go.epfl.ch/brain. Deadline Oct 1 2025, Apply now - go.epfl.ch/neurofaculty
To build a precise, safe, and scalable platform for neuromodulation of the deep brain requires solving hard engineering problems.
Half the world will experience a brain disorder in their lifetime. At @nudge, we're building brain interfaces that are safe, precise, and non-invasive to solve that problem. We've raised a $100M Series A led by @ThriveCapital and Greenoaks to go faster. We're hiring. Join us.
One day I will have neuralink blindsight and be able to see again. This is not a hope it’s a promise.
Two installs of The vOICe for Android in one day would be a very bad day play.google.com/store/apps/det… but it is patient benefit that matters, and Neuralink thus far appears to be doing well for people with motor impairments. Looking forward to the Neuralink Blindsight brain implant.
We successfully completed both P8 and P9 this weekend, our first time performing two surgeries in one day. Both participants are recovering well and in great spirits. We are looking forward to supporting them on their Neuralink journey.

@neuralink Good afternoon. How can I register my beautiful 11 year old blind daughter for the "blindsight" chip?. She besame blind because she was born too early (28 weeks) and got a disease called retinopathy. We dream of our girl being able to see. Please your help
