A very productive week brings me to 110k! โ๏ธI've now finished my detailed outline for the ending, so I know I have seven chapters (and an epilogue) to go, which should come to around 25k or so. Still aiming for a mid-July finish, which feels achievable. Wish me luck! ๐ค
AAGHHH it took me far longer than I wanted to hit this point, but I'm finally at 100k in the third and final book of the Sea of Souls Saga! ๐ฅณ Really ramping up towards the endgame now, and I'm hoping I'll be able to get this draft finished in the next 6 weeks or so...

Ah, you thought I was done with my Sea of Souls #3 updates? THINK AGAIN! Now comes the editing process - I'm thinking this is going to end up down in the 122-125k range, so let's see how we go... ๐ I'm 10 chapters into my first editing pass and already down to 131k โ๏ธ

Apparently it's the halfway point of the year (fucking HOW?!) so here are some of my favorite reads of the 1st portion of 2025! Left off some that already got praised, but what a CROP. I'm sure the 2nd half of the year will be just as strong, so pumped to keep it going!

Sales are pretty slow in general at the moment (sigh), but this has been my best month for audiobooks in a while! ๐ฅณ I hope whoever is picking up the Waystations Trilogy is enjoying the wonderful narration by Jared Kedzia - he did an amazing job at bringing the series to life ๐
I am not built for this heat ๐ฅต๐ Writing should definitely be a rainy day activity, not something you try to do when it's 27C outside in bloody Scotland of all places ๐
