The Heritage Centre is at risk of closing. We've made progress, but we need to secure its future. Please consider donating and sharing to help preserve this important part of our community. gofundme.com/f/adcnrn-save-…
Housekeeping day at the Heritage Centre. Lovely donation of buckets, which were much needed. Old buckets gone. Some sandstone ready to go up next week.

Volunteers working hard on an out of hours at the HeritageCentre. Ladies toilets being painted as well as the doors that lead to the tunnels. The gent's toilets are next.

More donations today. Metal fencing, scaff bars, planks and clamps. More buckets.

Back digging at the Heritage Centre today. We continue to widen our trench in search of the bottom. Heavy and wet work. First job Sunday is to empty the buckets and give them a scrape.

Heritage Centre tomorrow. Car loaded and ready. I never expected so much support since joining the HC, but the donations I am getting are truly amazing. From buckets to paint to merchandise. I am so thankful for having fantastic FRIENDS.

Wakefield today to visit a lovely National Trust property. Nostell Priory is absolutely fabulous. Too wet to fully explore the grounds, but the kitchen garden was well maintained. Then over to the Cathedral. A great building with lovely stained glass windows

While the Heritage Centre was part shared with rave organisers, it suffered badly. Now, after 3 years, we are able to sort it out. Today, we cleaned up the girls' toilets. See before and after pictures. Next step is a coat of paint.

New merchandise arriving at the Heritage Centre. Lovely slate coasters and fridge magnets

Was surprised to see that all the sandstone had been sold. A tidy up and refill, ready to go again. We have sold so much over the past year. All money goes back into the tunnels

Halifax today, not for a tango, but for Shibden Hall. Former home of diarist Anne Lister. A fab day out, we spent the day there. We will return as we didn't do the minster or museum 😂 Highly recommend Shibden Hall and Park

Over to Cheshire today,Farndon Village. Lucky in finding the church open. Then on to Stretton Water Mill.

Comic Con Aintree today with my grandson. A fab few hours. Highlight was Knight Riders car, KITT 😍

Another good day at the Heritage Centre. More weeding done. Andy and Sian painting the benches. Loads of lovely visitors today 😊

Northwich today. First stop Hunts Lock for a nice circular walk along the canal. Then, we popped to Comberbach fete to meet a distant cousin for the first time. We finished off with a visit to Weaver Hall Workhouse Museum. Fab day, but too hot for me 😊

Must be something in the air. Volunteer Andy went and did a couple of hours this afternoon 💪

Popped to the Heritage Centre today while it was closed. Ear buds in and away I went. Did a bit of weeding while no one was around. It was so peaceful, but hot

Begging bowl out for @WmsonTunnels Due to vandalism, our electric hand dryers are broken. Are there any firms out there that could donate a couple please? 🙏 Anyone doing a refurbishment? Thank you in advance
We have no idea what these are, but they are from Buckley Brick & Tile Company, Chester. There are 30 of them. If anyone is interested in buying them £150 for the lot 🙏

Now we have secured a year (at least) at the Heritage Centre, time to bring it up to scratch. Today, four of us carried on working on the surface. The volunteers have been working on it for the past couple of weeks. Stone moving and weeding today
