Uk Gov say they are planning to cut more red tape in regard to licensing in hospitality etc. NONE of it will apply in Scotland @jamesmurray_ldn says that operators tell him there is too much bureaucracy, but what they REALLY say is CUT VAT AND REVERSE eNICs thats what we need.

UK inflation up yet again, to 3.6% in June This figure has nearly doubled in a year, with food costs rising by 4.5% since June 2024 This is yet another headache for @RachelReevesMP ahead of the Autumn budget. The BoE will be watching this closely bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

Reports today that Graduates face 75 graduates to 1 job vacancy, due to issues like @RachelReevesMP rise to ENICs as employers advertise less jobs & look at cost cutting around their labour to survive with an unemployment rate for recent graduates at its highest since 2012.
