Just a nobody, passing through...
I’ve been saying this for a very long time.
I promise you that once everything is taken into account... the environmental cost of these electric cars will be equal to or greater than internal combustion engines. Cheers to virtue signaling.
Now switching the Tesla product hype from “exponentially” to “hypothetically”. Heads up, these numbers aren’t ‘hypothetical’.👇 Tesla’s operating income: 2021 - $6.5 Billion 2022 - $13.7 Billion 2023 - $8.9 Billion 2024 - $7.1 Billion 2025 H1 - $1.4 Billion
And we’re back to being optimistic about Optimus again!
Over the last 6 years I’ve followed Tesla/Musk closely I’ve come across at least 15 ardent Tesla promoters that made the realization at some point and turned into skeptics and critics. Over same 6 years, I haven’t seen a single Tesla/Musk skeptic turn into a Tesla promoter.
Tesla trying quietly to tiptoe further and further away from the definition of what a “robotaxi” actually is. A decade long in the tooth, their autonomous claims and promises are running out of runway.
$TSLA plans to roll out supervised robotaxi in San Francisco this weekend. businessinsider.com/tesla-robotaxi…
7000 miles of robotaxi testing in a month? 11 cars, 30 days. Roughly 21 miles per car a day. 18 operating hours per day, so with some slack it is 1,5 miles per hour. It just does not make any sense even for Testing. This is a mega flop.. $tsla
Tesla is a TRILLION dollar company! What other company has: - Robots serving popcorn (remotely controlled like the "robotaxis") - Doing it autonomously (multiple tesla employees supervising it) - With this level of precision & accuracy (popcorn all over the ground) Amazing!
$TSLA financial trajectory update as of Q2 2025: Tesla’s operating income: 2022 - $13.7 Billion 2023 - $8.9 Billion 2024 - $7.1 Billion 2025 H1 - $1.4 Billion Tesla’s operating margin: 2022 - 16.8% 2023 - 9.2% 2024 - 7.2% 2025 H1 - 3.1%
This has been Tesla’s trajectory over the last few years. Tesla’s operating income: 2022 - $13.7 Billion 2023 - $8.9 Billion 2024 - $7.1 Billion 2025 Q1 - $0.4 Billion Tesla’s operating margin: 2022 - 16.8% 2023 - 9.2% 2024 - 7.2% 2025 Q1 - 2.1%
Did anyone notice near the end of Tesla’s Q2 conference call that Musk warned that they may have a few bad quarters going forward? What happened to warning about the last 10 quarters?
So Tesla Q2 2025 earnings have been published and the usual conference call pumps have been given. When $500? @daltybrewer @niccruzpatane @GrindeOptions
Toyota is up +8% on the news of a 15% tariff. Why? It's simple. Ford, GM, Tesla, and all the other American manufacturers are going to be paying 50% more for their steel, 50% more for their copper, 25% more for their Canadian production, 25% more for their Mexican production,…
Everything is about how good the pump will be tomorrow during Tesla’s EARNINGS REPORT. “No need to sweat the margins.” $TSLA $TSLAQ
TSLA Preview: Tomorrow will be an easier one for investors because it will be all about the long-term. No need to sweat the margins. $TSLA genemunster.com/tsla-preview-i…
I have been told by #cultists for 6 months now that @Tesla sales lacking in Europe have been due to Model Y product refresh. All variants are now available, so another excuse will be needed to explain Q3 starting out more than 50% down vs. Q3 ‘24 and Q3 ‘23. $TSLAQ #Failure
Waymo doubled its size and didn't be a dick about it. $tsla
Hey Musk/Tesla, how about leaving the “robo” out of robotaxi when there are not one but two company employees per vehicle, one in the front seat and one remote, overseeing its every move and correcting as needed. #Tesla $TSLA $TSLAQ
That Tesla ‘hope you don’t notice’ switch or may not be a kill switch. Could be a mayday to teleoperator to closely monitor and take control if necessary. If so, not sure that’s any better as to the capabilities they are claiming. h/t @rugby4912
6 years ago Musk said anyone buying a HW3 Tesla would have a robotaxi driving and making $$ for them within a year. Today there are ≈ 10 Tesla company vehicles with each being overseen and controlled by two employees in a geofenced area with HW3 cars averaging 35 miles to DE.
Let's be clear, 1 million Tesla robo-taxis by end of next year is Theranos quality fraud. If you have the least bit of technical knowledge of how hardware devices and/or software programs work together, or at least don't believe that science is magic, this is clearly a fraud.
A merchant accepted $123K worth of bitcoin yesterday. Before he can pay his vendors today, it dropped to $115K. The merchant is short the money he needs to pay. It isn't complicated to understand, why bitcoin doesn't work as medium of exchange.
