Devilishly cute 😈 Meet Flotsam & Jetsam, two adorable new additions from down under that recently arrived at the Zoo from our partners at Aussie Ark. This mischievous little duo is a carnivorous species of marsupial known as the Tasmanian devil & they are settling in nicely.
Say hello to some a-doe-able teeny hoofed friends 🤎
The vibe I bring to the function

Springing onto the scene 🌀 This hoppy little calf is a gerenuk, a species of long-necked antelope native to East Africa. Parents Barnes and Primrose recently welcomed this little guy who currently weighs around 6 lbs. #gerenuk #zoomies #hoppybaby #sdzsafaripark

If you're having a bad day just remember baby pudus ✨exist✨
Tall order of conservation, coming right up 🦒 To protect the watchtowers of the savanna, SDZWA and partners developed Twiga Walinzi, a community-led program dedicated to conserving reticulated giraffes across Kenya, giving this iconic species a hopeful chance for the future.
The buzz on pollination 🐝 Pollination is a two-way street, and the plant team is dedicated to supporting local species at the Zoo and Safari Park by cultivating native pollinator gardens on-grounds and researching ways to protect the wildlife that rely on them.
Meet Lillie's little 🐒 If you've swung by the De Brazza's monkey habitat recently, you may have spotted an adorable new addition exploring with the rest of the troop. Lulua was born on May 2nd and is named after a river from their native habitat in the Congo.
