It’s 2025 & I officially finished radiation treatment yesterday (maxed out, actually). My life changed forever on 10/2023. Cancer has taken and continues to take so much from me, but we’re keeping on 🫠🤞🏼

Overdue update: I began having trouble drinking & swallowing over Mother’s Day weekend & received a hospice referral the following Monday. It’s all still a lot going on. I truly don’t know what’ll happen tomorrow, but I’m at peace.🤞🏼 I appreciate everyone, it’s still so scary 🫠

Could not get treatment at MD Anderson. Started some more radiation & immunotherapy here last week. (Thanks @Humana 😒) I’m exhausted. This has all been too much physically & mentally. I’m not sure how it will all play out. No regrets.🤞🏼

Well, it wouldn’t be right to give Sam a break, now my access to treatment is being delayed by insurance. Again.😭🙃 Very American, very on brand.
