🚨 How I can Help You Fix Your Training 🚨 Is your training stuck? Struggling with pain, slow progress, or just unsure of what to do next? Lifts haven't moved up in months or years? You’re not alone. I’ve been there an many of my clients have been there too, and I’m here…
Big Allen with some sqwats!
290x5 this morning. 285 seemed like my limit last week but 290 went well I think. We’ll see what @sam_gzstrength doesn’t like 😂. Started 13 wks ago hoping to hit 315 by my 61st birthday next week. Not quite going to make it by then.

My client Spence 10 years ago on the left. 42 years old, sedentary, skinny fat 155lbs 53 years old now on the right. Barbell training for 2 years. ~195lbs. Eats meat and gets after it under the bar and doesn't miss sessions. Profiting.
Add fahve each session until it stops working Then add fahve every week until that stops working Then add fahve every month until that stops working Then add fahve every few months until that stops working Simple, really

Most of you are stronger than you think great potential really But the way you train is holding you back

Me shrugging off pretty much every little ache and pain that flares up after 3-4 lifting sessions, 3-4 jiu jitsu sessions, and 3 runs each week
Lifting standards. It's less about the numbers, and more about how hitting them unlocks the next level and raises Your Standards. 405 x 1 is cool But 405 x 5 means 500 ain't so far away.
