Curious as to what is the best stress-ng config to run for max power consumption. Currently it falls 12W short on a particular old intel platform than y-cruncher. I've tried `stress-ng --matrix 0 --matrix-size 128` Which has had the best results yet.

Installed FreeBSD 14 with ZFS strip 0 between two SSDs over Sata->IDE on a single IDE channel configured as primary and secondary. Just for the lols. It works just fine.

Are there any licensed x86 cores that were implemented without implementing a traditional/compatible bios on the board? Anything that ran fully custom firmware.
