This is a great course that covers targeted proteomics and DIA more broadly, with hands-on data analysis sessions taking students from MS data to processed results. Great location in Barcelona, nice evening social events. I am happy to be invited again as one of the instructors.

Our @C4Lnetwork harmonization study using a common quality control sample and the @QCloud2_proteo software tool. 4 years, 8 sites, 30 different LC-MS systems, 9054 raw files. Almost 1 Mio quality control data point. We learned a lot!
