John 3:16 β This is the twitter feed for the Black Sabbath Fan Website, Black Sabbath Online. I discuss Black Sabbath and other music here. I have opinions.
Anno Domini: 1989-1995 is released next Friday the 31st of May. I've had it for a few weeks now, and I've posted my thoughts on the set on my website. Go check 'em out. Then go buy the set if you haven't already. Been waiting since 2009 for this set! black-sabbath.com/2024/05/anno-dβ¦

Short update to the end of the timeline page on my site. Realized I hadn't said anything about this. Still seems surreal. It also doesn't seem like just three days ago. black-sabbath.com/timeline/

AC/DC's "Back in Black" turns 45 today (25 Jul 1980). This one REALLY bums me out as it was the first ever hard rock album I owned - by ANYONE. It's a serious foundational slice of my musical identity. First vinyl up today on the turntable. #nowplaying #vinyl #vinylcommunityβ¦

A friend of mine texted me the following picture with the words "My cubicle tribute to Ozz".

I took a look at my Sabbath site's raw server logs this morning, figuring I had to have had a spike given the death of Oz a few days ago. I was correct. See if you can spot it.π But seriously, the last time any of the major members died (Dio) it took down my server, so thingsβ¦

#AllMyVinyl #148 - "Agent Provocateur" by @ForeignerMusic. NOTE: I completed this a matter of TWO MINUTES the other day before I found out about the passing of Oz. I figure I'd table it for a few days before posting. :) Foreigner in the early/mid 80βs was a beast. Β Theirβ¦

@billwarddrums was scheduled to return to the radio this Sunday on KLBP. Because of the passing of Ozzy, we're going to postpone Bill's show to a future date. LA Radio Sessions will be doing an hour long tribute to Ozzy Osbourne Sunday morning at 10am at KLBP.org.
My wife just came to me and said "in honor of Ozzy and because the shirt you're wearing (a Vol 4 shirt) is looking ratty, you should order yourself a new Black Sabbath shirt!" I mean what husband argues with that logic? :)
Where will I find you now? Β In the memories, our unspoken embraces, our missed phone calls, no, youβre forever in my heart. Β Deepest condolences to Sharon and all family members. RIP Sincere regrets to all the fans. Β Never goodbye. Thank you forever. Β Bill Ward
Goodbye dear friend - thanks for all those years - we had some great fun. 4 kids from Aston- whoβd have thought, eh? So glad we got to do it one last time, back in Aston. Love you.
Shot I took myself on the 13 tour of Oz doing his thing. #RIPOzzy

It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Β Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee andβ¦

This Sunday, July 27, 10am, Black Sabbath's @billwarddrums returns for his semi-regular radio show on LA Radio Sessions with Mike Stark on @KLBPFM. Hear the show exclusively at KLBP.org. Here's a clip from the show. youtu.be/yPJnIhCjshU?siβ¦

Found this old ticket stub in my office. Faded, but you can still read it. Was for a Dio show in Dallas on the Strange Highways tour. Was a small show - actually on a stage in the parking lot. But I enjoyed the F out of it. @OfficialRJDio stopped the show at one point whenβ¦

More dumb-ass AI bullshit. This time on a listing on Amazon.com for Ozzy's Scream album: amzn.to/46gGl7W

Was cleaning the office and found some old drumsticks. I knew I had then, but had some nice memories when I saw 'em. Top four are Bill Ward's from Ozzfest 2005. The first two are unused, and the second two were his first set from the Houston gig. The bottom two are fromβ¦

#AllMyVinyl #146 & 147 - Jazz Sabbath I & II Make no mistake. Β If you donβt like jazz, you wonβt like these albums. Β But perhaps you should try? Adam Wakeman is a keyboardist who has had some pretty famous gigs. Β He certainly has a famous surname, but heβs far more than justβ¦
