I just like to try to understand things
Tell that to Jesus he believed man was free to be both Willing and Unwilling! Jesus and the word verify this truth using the Greek word Thelo. G2309 – thelō - the'-lō - θέλω to will, have in mind, intend to be resolved or determined, to purpose to desire, to wish to loveto…
Calvinists love to quote Jeremiah 17:9: “the heart is deceitful…” But they never quote the next verse where God says: “I, the LORD, examine the mind, I test the heart to give each according to his way, according to what his actions deserve.” (v10) If total depravity is true…
Is God “wholly other”? How is he like us, and how are we like him (his image)?
By this we know that we have come to know Him, if we keep His commandments. The one who says, “I have come to know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 1 John 2:3-4
Proverbs 8:17 New King James Version 17 I love those who love me, And those who seek me diligently will find me.

Were all our sins forgiven when Jesus died? Or later, when we confess them? 1 Jn 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
God's love is relentlessly persuing us. Salvation is lost by purposefully rejecting His call to life in Christ.
Has anyone ever heard the idea that John the Baptist was only the Elijah to come in spirit, and that the physical Elijah is coming again before Jesus’ second coming? I just heard that and hadn’t heard it before.
Why does God have to punish in order to forgive? Do you punish in order to forgive? Are you more forgiving than God? Does God hold us to higher standards than He does Himself? That’s not forgiveness, by definition. That’s not a letting go of debt, that’s getting payment.…
This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. (Ps. 118:24)
