You can give it a try now if you want. The Lab is built for CML 2.8.1. I'm working on stripping out the configurations if you need to run it on an older release. Play with it in CML..Do not put it on your production network. github.com/StayFresh-Netw…

More new stuff to discuss in CML. Splunk running on my CML server.

Looks like I need to migrate my CML labs into a uniform GitHub repository. Tested CML 2.9 GitHub repo connectivity, successfully linked my GitHub w/ CML to access my shared lab content.

Cisco Modeling Labs 2.9.0 has been released. Container support, external lab repositories, extended permission management, custom terminal fonts and more.
Network chats, interacting with network devices using Google Gemini. A overview of how it works and what you can do with it. So many possibilities! youtu.be/_qHimFZl5d0?si…
John Madden could use a telestrator to highlight anything. I'm about to go full Madden on CML and automation labs "Alright, we have CML here on the practice field. Postman is going in with a GET request to the RESTCONF interface. The engineer hopes the traffic isn't sacked"

Overview of the Cisco Modeling Labs topology I designed for Cisco Live. Brief, and highlights some things about the repo, the lab, and protocols running on the network. youtu.be/CRXg5TMWd_8
Gemini is talking to Cisco Modeling Labs.... Steps away from creating a lab 😱

Cisco Live sessions are in the wild, on-demand. Only interested in some sweet Cisco Modelings Labs walkthroughs...well, do I have the session for you! Video+PDF available for your viewing. ciscolive.com/on-demand/on-d…
youtube.com/watch?v=pbR7Bl… Did the CML 2.9 release webinar. 1h packed with the upcoming new stuff. Watch it on YouTube if you missed it 🙌
I am wondering if I should do (and have time) to show some lesser known, older features. What do you guys think? Anything that you’d like to see in a little demo explained? I guess it’s hard to ask for things you might not even know that they exist. But hey, I can try 🤪
1 router, 2 switches. No config except management interfaces, username, and ssh. Created IPv4/IPv6 addressing, OSPFv3, tunnel, access ports, vlans, SVIs.

Feels like 102. Just made 6 pizzas in a 750 degree oven. 🥵

Despite appearances. I do occasionally do things besides networking. Like making brown butter cheesecake.

Did all the things I asked it, and didn't overwrite the vlans on the trunk. Working towards building a full vxlan fabric now...

Dabbling with LLM interactions with devices...because why not. All the cool kids are doing it. Data from an IOL node in CML.

I've made everyone wait long enough. The CML topology, full documentation, raw configs, a little automation, and an alternate topology that updates the lab from GitHub. Have fun! github.com/roguerouter/Ci…
