An update on this: I spoke briefly with them today about whether this might be an option and it seems like it would be a good situation for both of us if it can be sorted. Need to figure out logistics but am optimistic.

The @GovKathyHochul and @NYHealthCommish are still protecting @PartnerwithPPL despite all of their stealing, and mishandling of the CDPAP program. Do you still think the transition is going well? People got hurt and people are still getting hurt shame on you.
