It's a WIP!! Gotta draw lots of pretty pink roses and ivy wrapping around columns. But I think I burned out on the landscape part. Need to practice drawing some stuff before I can finish this piece 🥲
Every time I try to draw neatly and beautifully, I get pulled back to a simplified style, thick lines, and no lighting... but when I draw simply, I feel it’s not pretty or polished enough... I’m just going in circles...
God, my indecisiveness about my art style is driving me nuts. One moment I want detailed backgrounds and faces, the next I’m all about super simplified lines and no backgrounds at all... zero consistency... 😩

Practicing drawing sheets. I hate drawing fabric--been simplifying it for years. Also, light shades are so tough to get right, they take way more effort than dark ones. But I want my new stuff to look good, so I’m learning 😩
