We’re wrapping up leasing season here at 95.32% occupancy portfolio-wide. B Class Assets: 97% C Class Assets: 94% Robust demand. No concessions. Rents strong. Anecdotal, but it’s a stable market by all accounts. Bodes well for a strong fall, which is always welcome.

Piloted a new software that verifies ID, income, and paystubs this week for residents. Heard the buzz that convincing forgeries were blowing up. Thought we were S-tier at spotting fakes. Software caught 3 fakes this week at the pilot property. B+ property in A submarket. Welp
