🏆 Why it matters: LAS is characterized by action myoclonus appearing within days to months after cardiopulmonary resuscitation 📍Bottom line: In most cases, myoclonus improved using levetiracetam, valproic acid, or BZD. ~50% achieved favorable functional outcomes by six months
