throwback! two and a half years later I am way more comfortable with people being made of anatomy but there’s still enchantment. the enchantment runs through all the anatomy as a current, the same way electricity runs through a wire
a surprisingly roadblock for me in learning anatomy is a large part of me genuinely believes that underneath the skin layer, people look like this
oooo today I translated the same sensation of “detangling” this wrist joint, onto other joints! shoulders knees & hips. main difference is they’re meatier so there’s also more textural unsticking to do than in a wrist but otherwise it clarified mechanics. more straightforward
side note; working with wrist injuries sure feels more like “detangling” than any other part of the body. so many strings (tendons) and small anchorpoints (meta/carpal bones)!
