Thanks to Trump, R—skins is back in the news. Just a friendly reminder that it is a dictionary-defined racial slur, so you shouldn’t use it or casually throw it around. Instead, you can use R-skins or the R-word.

July is #DisabilityPrideMonth. Last year my illness was a harsh reminder that those of us who have the privilege of being able-bodied and healthy that privilege is TEMPORARY. Unless we die suddenly, all of us will experience illness and disability in our lifetime.
