Cashflow cheat code: I bought my first rental property with Amazon profits. Real estate gives me monthly cash flow. Amazon gives me daily cash flow. Different timelines but same goal: money while I sleep.

I try to keep tabs on every purchase I make on Amazon. When I see myself buying the same category multiple times, that's a potential product opportunity. Your buying habits = market research.

Quick way to validate any business idea: Go to Facebook groups where your target customers hang out. See what they're complaining about. Build a solution for their biggest complaint. (I do this before launching any product.)
