For the #highered #edpolicy community: 42% of #SCOTUS rulings this term were unanimous. Only 9% (6 cases) had a 6-3 split with all liberals dissenting, while 6% (4 cases) had 6-3 splits with Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch in the minority. wsj.com/opinion/suprem…
